Eero Auranne is the Chairman of the Board at Nevel and CEO of Enordic, building a major sustainable energy platform covering the Nordics, creating synergies across the group from operating assets and allowing distinctive offering. Eero has 30 years of experience in the energy sector as CEO of Empower, President of ÅF Energy and Executive VP leading Fortum’s international power business. Eero is an experienced Board member with a demonstrated history of working in the oil & energy industry.

Stefano Fedrigo is an Operating Partner of Ardian Infrastructure since 2009.
He is/was a board/audit committee member of Ardian’s portfolio companies such as Ascendi, Skyline Renewables, Enovos, Kallista Energy, 3New Group, 2i Rete Gas and Aloe Energy.
Previously he spent 5 years as CFO at Axpo’s Italian 1600 MW CCGT business in Italy. Prior to that he advised several Swiss companies on business restructuring and planning as a consultant. He worked 5 years for Glencore International in the M&A division with focus on non-ferrous mining and smelting assets. A business economist and chemical engineer by background, Stefano started his career at ABB International in the finance division. He is fluent in English, French, Italian and German.
Simo Santavirta is Senior Managing Director and Head of Ardian Infrastructure Asset Management. Simo was/is a board member of portfolio companies such as LBC, Andberg Vind, Kallista, Enovos, Skyline Renewables and Hill Top. Simo joined Ardian in 2016. Previously, he spent 13 years at the global power generation group, InterGen, while being based in Europe, Asia, Australia and North America. At InterGen, most recently he held the position of Vice President, Strategy and Portfolio Management, based in InterGen’s head office in the USA. Prior to that, his other roles at InterGen include Vice President and General Manager in the Philippines and Director of Business Development for North West Europe. An engineer by background, Simo Santavirta started his career at Finnish energy company, Fortum Oyj in 1998.
Lars O. Josefsson has been appointed as a new member of the Board of Directors at energy infrastructure company Nevel. Josefsson has previously held leading positions in companies such as Sandvik Mining and Construction, Mycronic AB, Almiak Hek Group, ABB and Siemens. Josefsson assumed his position on the Nevel board on 1 May 2021.
Pierre-François Dessard is a Director at Ardian. Pierre-François is a board member of portfolio companies Andberg Vind, Lakiakangas and Nevel. Pierre-François joined Ardian in 2017. Previously he was an Assistant Vice President at EIG Global Energy Partners, where he focused on equity and structured equity investments in midstream, power and renewables globally. Before joining EIG in 2014, Pierre-François spent approximately five years with Macquarie Capital, primarily in their New York office, where he participated to landmark infrastructure transactions, both in America and Europe.
Amor Boufath is a Director Asset Management within the Infrastructure team where he is responsible for leading ESG and operational initiatives across the global infrastructure portfolio, including safety and decarbonisation. Amor is Chairman of the ESG Committee, and also chairs ESG Committees for other Ardian portfolio companies including GreenYellow, Mila, and Verne Global. Amor has worked for 10 years in the energy, utility and chemicals sectors both in engineering and technical consultant roles. Prior to joining Ardian, Amor worked for four years at Arup in the transactions advisory team where he led a team of consultants providing technical and ESG due diligence in support of global infrastructure M&A as well as greenfield project development support.
Graham Akrill is Operating Partner at Ardian Infrastructure. He was appointed Board Member in August 2021 with special focus on ESG and operations. Graham serves as a senior advisor, consultant and board member in several companies. He has extensive experience in development and construction, as well as ESG within the energy sector.
