We are clarifying Nevel’s group structure by merging the subsidiaries Labio Oy and Nevel Pori Oy into the parent company Nevel Oy (ID 3167451-8) on November 30th, 2025.
The operational activities of Labio Oy and Nevel Pori Oy and all related agreements, obligations and responsibilities will be transferred as such to Nevel Oy as a result of the merger.
The merger will not affect the suppliers, customers or other stakeholders of Nevel Pori Oy and Labio Oy, other than the changing business ID and new invoicing address, which must be in use from December 1st 2025 onwards. Stakeholders will be informed about the matter.
Operations will continue under the names Nevel Lahti biogas plant and Nevel Pori biogas plant.
