In order to advance our goal of being our customers’ key partner in the green transformation, we have updated our strategy. At the same time, we are crystallising our group administrative structure in Finland and Sweden by merging Nevel companies with our administrative parent company.
All operations with related agreements, commitments and responsibilities will transfer as-is to our parent company. The change will be effective on January 1, 2023, when the name of the parent company will be Nevel Oy. Nevel Oy’s company ID number will change.
The merger will not affect our suppliers, customers nor other stakeholders, except for the changing company ID number, which needs to be in use from January 2023 onwards.
