Do not give your personal information to suspicious messages.
Email messages or SMS messages have been distributed in Nevel’s name for potential job openings at Nevel. The messages have requested to download Teams application and arrange a meeting with Nevel HR representative. These messages are phishing ie not distributed by Nevel. They are coming from gmail email address. In some cases more personal details on e.g. salaries and bank account details have been requested. The affected persons are mainly in the USA. These messages nor requests to share more information are not distributed by Nevel. Nevel is not contacting job applicants via email or SMS and we would never request persons to share Teams links nor ask for personal details.
Nevel has initiated an investigation of these messages and is looking into how to solve the issue.
In case you receive a suspicious message, we encourage to check the sender´s email address, not to respond to these messages but to delete them, and never to give personal details.
