The aim of corporate governance is to support maintaining and promoting quality decision making and leadership. Nevel’s corporate governance follows the rules and regulations defined by the Articles of Association and the Finnish Limited Liability Companies Act. Nevel Oy is non-listed. Nevel is owned by Ardian, a world-leading private investment house with assets of US$100bn managed or advised in Europe, the Americas and Asia.
