Long experience in construction projects

Nevel has been constructing heat and power plants for decades. We also have significant experience in implementing biogas plants and systems for cooling production and heat recovery.

We use established industry-standard project processes and tools in construction projects, and projects are executed on an Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) basis. Nevel’s quality management system complies with the ISO 9001 standard.

Our project management model ensures a smooth project flow from concepting to operation, with smooth handover and parallel work phases.

The project tool we use helps to manage efficient planning, risk management, budgeting, change management and reporting. Projects are always carefully documented so that it is easy to share information with customers and other stakeholders.

Solution engineering

Concepting is one of our core capabilties and ensures that the customer gains maximum benefits from every project. Detailed engineering work is performed by our trusted partners and equipment suppliers.

Procurement and subcontracting

Nevel works with several reputable and reliable long-term partners. In a typical project 1-3 main suppliers deliver products and services on an EPC basis. Nevel always has full responsibility for the project implementation.

Site construction

We plan the site work together with our subcontractors and organise the site to ensure that the project progresses smoothly, safely and with minimal distruption to existing assets. We invest heavily in preventive safety measures.

Commissioning and operation

During the commissioning period, all systems are tested to verify that the solution is fit for purpose. We ensure that the solution meets the acceptance criteria in terms of performance, reliability, safety and economic feasibility.
